For snack today we baked scones and made our own butter using whipping cream. We had to shake and shake the whipping cream. We needed very strong muscles. We were amazed as we watched the whipping cream change to butter. We spread the butter onto our homemade scones and enjoyed them at snack time. Everyone agreed they tasted delicious. We are great bakers!
