🌧️✨ P4 Scientists at Work! ✨🌧️
17th Feb 2026
Our brilliant Primary 4 class have been busy exploring the water cycle this week and today they became real-life weather experts with a 'Rain in a Jar' experiment.
Our young scientists created their own “sky” using water and a fluffy layer of shaving foam. Then, using pipettes, they carefully added drops of coloured water. They watched in excitement as the “cloud” grew heavier… until the coloured droplets finally pushed through and fell as rain inside the jar.
There were gasps, predictions, careful observations and plenty of excited chatter as the “rain” began to fall.
We’re so proud of their curiosity, teamwork and super explanations. Well done, P4 — the forecast says more great learning ahead! 🌦️💙
