Morse Code Madness in Primary 7!

23rd Apr 2026

Primary 7 have been exploring the history of communication by learning about SOS signals used during the Titanic disaster and how Morse code works. As part of their learning, the pupils designed and built simple electrical circuits using batteries, wires and buzzers. They then used their circuits to send and receive messages in Morse code, practising how to communicate using short and long signals. The class had great fun experimenting with their circuits and were excited to create their own messages, making the learning experience both enjoyable and memorable.
