Nathan in P5 has reached another incredible milestone in his reading journey, achieving 2 million words through his AR reading within the last 6 months! We have seen Nathan’s drive in completing this personal goal, spurred on by his love of literature. In Assembly on Thursday, he was presented with his certificate and prize.
We asked Nathan how he managed to complete this amazing goal:
“I like to read books whenever I can. I like fact and fiction books. My favourite collections of books are Malory Towers and St. Clare's which are both written by Enid Blyton. I like Enid Blyton books because they usually have a mystery to solve. I also love the Narnia books by CS Lewis.”
As a school, is wonderful to be able to celebrate a pupil with such a passion for reading! Well done, Nathan! 🤍
