Our P7 pupils recently enjoyed an exciting trip to Windmill Integrated Primary School to take part in a Shared Education project alongside WheelWorks and Sentinus. The day provided a fantastic opportunity for the children to meet and get to know one another through teamwork and creative activities. Working in mixed groups, they first designed their “perfect room” on paper, sharing ideas and collaborating to plan imaginative features. They then brought their designs to life using Minecraft, creating impressive virtual dream homes that showcased their creativity, problem-solving skills and digital talents. It was a fun, engaging experience that helped build new friendships while developing confidence and collaboration. We are already looking forward to our next session, when Windmill visit us to continue the project and develop these new friendships even further.
