Primary 4 had a brilliant time celebrating World Numeracy Day with a mix of challenges that stretched their thinking and creativity.
They cracked a mystery number puzzle to unlock Mrs Hawe's sweet jar, tackled a 10‑minute mental maths challenge and showed off their artistic side in the 'Decorate Your Age' competition. The class also created fantastic tangram designs of the number 4 and proudly added their calculation representations to the whole‑school paper chain. One of the highlights of the day was getting to visit Nursery and becoming their 'maths buddies'.
A fun, busy day full of teamwork, problem‑solving and mathematical magic. Well done, P4!
