We enjoyed reading the story of ‘The Little Red Hen’ in Literacy today. We completed some shared writing together and learned about how the author used speech marks to show which words each character spoke. We enjoyed taking on the role of some of the characters in a class drama activity, using lots of expression in our voices. We then followed a recipe to make our own bread. This will help us when we are writing our own set of instructions next week.
