As part of our Titanic topic, pupils have been learning about gantries and how strong structures are designed. They took part in a fun STEM challenge where they worked in groups to build a sturdy structure using only spaghetti and tape. Each design was tested using different objects to see which structure could support the most weight. The challenge encouraged teamwork, problem-solving and creative thinking.
