We had an amazing day at the Valentine themed party. We created Valentine biscuits and enjoyed watching ‘The Smeds and the Smoos’ on the TV. Another great book by Julia Donaldson, Bill and Janet fall in love while their families are at war. Faced with disapproval, they flee to a distant planet and Grandma Smoo and Grandpa Smed must put aside their differences and work together to bring them back home; a good reminder for us all that when we work together amazing things can happen!
